Case Findings: A 22-year-old woman asked her primary care physician about a number of tiny smooth brown and black papules that had slowly developed across her cheeks over the past year. She wondered if they were the same thing that her mother and aunt had, although they both had a lot more. Would she eventually have as many of the little papules as they did, or could she do something to prevent it?
Case Findings: A 52-year-old man with type II diabetes was at a check up with his primary physician when he asked about a hyperpigmented patch of skin on the back of his neck.
